  • Legal services and will preparation (in partnership with licensed legal professionals).

Bexford acts as an advisory and facilitation firm. We are not a law firm, bank, or government authority. Government approvals, bank decisions, and regulatory outcomes remain at the discretion of the relevant authority.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required to deliver our services.
  • Promptly supply all documents and approvals we request.
  • Notify us immediately of any change in circumstances that may affect your application or engagement.
  • Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates UAE law.

Bexford reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any information provided is false or that the engagement involves unlawful activity.

4. Fees & Payment

Our fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and confirmed in writing prior to commencement of any engagement. Fees typically include:

  • Our professional service fee (advisory, facilitation, document preparation).
  • Government fees, licensing costs, and third-party charges (quoted separately or as estimates, subject to change by the relevant authority).

Payment terms are as set out in your individual engagement letter or service agreement. Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority.

Government fees are subject to change without notice by the issuing authority. Any increase will be communicated to you before submission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, photography, and code is the intellectual property of Bexford Corporate Services and is protected under applicable UAE and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information disclosed during the engagement that is designated as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known to the receiving party, or required to be disclosed by law or regulatory authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Bexford's total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Bexford shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions made by government authorities, banks, or regulators.
  • Delays caused by government processing times or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
  • Loss of business, profits, or opportunities.

8. Disclaimer

9. Termination

Our services may involve engagement with government agencies, free zone authorities, banks, law firms, and other third parties. Bexford acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the decisions, delays, or policies of these third parties.
